Dheerendra Pathak is a senior HR and people leader with 20+ years of experience
across manufacturing and services, with expertise spanning talent management,
people strategy, leadership development, capability building and organisational transformation.
Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with business and leadership teams on some of the most critical people challenges organisations face - from building talent pipelines and improving workforce productivity to developing leaders, strengthening engagement and managing organisational change.
Today, as Co-Founder of 22 Yards, he brings this experience to organisations through executive search, recruitment, people development and HR solutions - combining a deep understanding of people with a practical understanding of business.
His approach is grounded in a simple belief: the right people, the right capabilities and the right environment can fundamentally change business performance.
